What is This?

In a world where some people choose to be blue-collar painters or leather-collared strippers, others found the miracle of being both for a bigger payday! Yup, Paint Strippers! Players and their crew will go to a house to paint and pose for their patron, Blair. But wait! The next-door neighbor, Old Man Chaumbers, is a known prude only too happy to call the police should they witness too much skin. Then, the players must outrun the cops without dropping too many bucks!

Paint Strippers is a one-page, 1-2 hour tabletop roleplaying game, for mature gamers!

Who is This?

Well, hello, friends! I'm John Thompson, an award-nominated game creator and member of the asexual/demi community! When Gutterpunk first came out, we discussed doing a game jam for its release, but ultimately steered away. Paint Strippers was my addition for the jam!

Why is This?

Right now, the LGBTQ+  game creator community is under attack by bad actors and, quite frankly, prudes.  They've been targeting queer and adult content creators with ridiculous claims to take their stuff down. Here I am, and I made a game that is my comical take on sexuality and never once violates the content requirements for itch.io. This game is intended to glorify and galvanize that "HEY, this can all be fun and silly!"

So here is a celebration of the subject matter and my fellow LGBTQ+ Creators!
